    Third times the charm right? Lol

    I am probably the most understanding person when it comes to food service and that's why I waited to review, but this is my third visit and I am not please.

    The first visit was too long, I planned to hit this Starbucks before work at 8am. So I packed about 35 mins for this visit to get to work and it took 45-55 mins.

    The second visit I wanted to try something off their "new drinks" list and they were out of two of the items.

    Today I went and the wait was abnormally long for only being two/three cars ahead of me and when I got to the ordering menu they were out of yet another drink/ingredient.

    I normally have opt out of the Starbucks business BUT when you have stacks of gift cards, you'd like to not let them go to waste. So I recommend maybe a different Starbucks location?!

    This Starbucks is by far the longest wait I think I've EVER sat through! It doesn't matter if it's 4:45am with one car ahead of you or 6 cars ahead of you in the evening...plan on waiting at least 25-30 min! I honestly don't understand the long wait. However, they have NEVER made my drink wrong and that's why I keep going back.

    Drive through is fabulous, inside is darling! They have really personalized their location and it is SUCH a fun atmosphere to read, study, or chat in. I LOVE the Madison location and I would recommend it to anyone. It is also right off the 91, so it is convenient and quick! The drive through does get busy, but I have never waited for more than 10 minutes to get through it.

    By far the slowest Statbucks I've been to. I waited 20 minutes to do drive thru. It didn't move. I went inside to order and waited 20 minutes for my drink. The car I was behind in the drive thru line is still sitting waiting to order at the screen. There were about 8 people working. 4 actually doing something and over 30 drinks to be made. Either they need more help or training but it moves too slow to be waiting 20-30 minutes for a drink.
